communication effectiveness in the new home sales
arena.

2. Identify and eliminate negative words and phrases from
your conversations with prospective home buyers.

3. Identify picture-painting words and phrases that create
emotion and a sense of investment in prospective home
buyers.

4. Recognize the role of effective listening in
communication.

5. Recognize the roles of voice and body language in
communication.

6. Create an action plan highlighting the three most
important concepts/strategies/techniques gained from
this material along with benefits for each.
